Scripts under 1,000 words are typically delivered within 24 hours.

We as a company want happy customers coming back for our services again, and again. Therefore, if we make a mistake while recording your script, we will be happy to correct that mistake for Free. We typically will complete one Free Revision (2nd Read - Under 50 words) for the Client, if the Client is not Satisfied with how the script was read the first time.

However, after the 2nd Read additional Revisions are $10.00 per 25 Words - Up to 50 Words. After 50 Words a "Re-Read will be Needed. Re-Reads are Priced at 50% Off the Original Order Price and will Require Us to Send You a Link to a Custom Offer at the Reduced Re-Read Price. Revisions are Honored for 30 Days after Your Purchase. We would love to give you Unlimited Revisions, but unfortunately there are people out there that would take advantage of that in a dishonest way. Having a Small Fee for Revisions after the 2nd Read helps to keep things fair and balanced between both parties.

Anyone that has purchased a Voice Over from us and attempts to provide Arbitration Services to others is in Violation of our Arbitration Policy. Our Reputation and Brand Name are very important to us, and we will do everything we can to protect them.

Non-Broadcast Voice Overs do not require usage / licensing. Therefore, there is no added expense to worry about.

Commercial Broadcast Voice Overs require a license to use. However, all posted Commercial Broadcast Voice Overs comes standard with a 1 year license.

If you're looking to own the Voice Over forever - Called a Buy-Out we have this option available as well during the check out process.

All Payment are Made via PayPal or Stripe and enable us to accept Credit Cards as well. For most services Payment is made Prior to Services being Rendered.  However, for Custom Orders the following terms apply:

• Custom Orders Require a 50% Down Payment Prior to the Start of Your Project if we have never worked together previously. I will send you an Invoice for Your Custom Order via Email.
• The Balance of the Payment will be do Prior to the Delivery of the Completed Voice Over Project.
• Final Payment is Due No Later then 30 Days after Completion of the Voice Over Project.
• Late Payment Fee: 30% of the Amount Due, plus $25.00 each Month thereafter.

Unfortunately in today's world we need to have an Ai policy to protect the integrity of our services. In No Way do we Authorize any third party platform to clone our voice(s) or use our audio files and voice(s) to assist with ANY Ai learning.

Furthermore, we specifically do NOT authorize the use of our voice(s) to be used for ANY form of Ai learning on ANY 3rd party platforms, including the following:

• Findaway Voices
• Audiobook Creation Exchange (ACX)
• Apple
• Google

If I see the demand rise for Live Directed Sessions I will invest in Source Connect Pro or ipDTL.

Currently I am using an Ethernet cable and Verizon Fios. This gives me exceptional speed and reliability online, so your Live Directed Session will Run Smoothly.

Commercial Broadcast Voice Overs are designed for those that need to market, promote, and/or sell a product or service with the help of a Voice Over. As such Commercial Broadcast Voice Overs are more expensive then Non-Broadcast Voice Overs and require a usage license. A 1 year usage license is included in all Commercial Broadcast Voice Overs. If you're looking to Buy-Out the Rights of a Commercial Broadcast Voice Over you will have that options available to you while checking out. Typically, Fleischmann Media's Perpetuity Licenses are a minimum of $500.00.

Commercial Broadcast Voice Overs include TV, Radio, Internet, Video Games, and Movie Trailers.

Non-Broadcast Voice Overs are Voice Overs designed NOT to be used in any forms of advertising. Typically, they include things like:

• Corporate Training
• E-Learning
• IVR / On Hold Messages
• Sometimes Whiteboard Videos

It just depends on if the goal of the intended Voice Over is to "Sell" something - if it is then a Broadcast Voice Over is needed.

Audiobooks have  their own classification and are NOT part of Non-Broadcast Voice Overs.
